Eugen Schobesberger has worked at Liebherr since 1994 in various positions as a mechanical engineer, overseeing research and development and quality management.
In 2018, he was appointed managing director of technology & development within the Liebherr Earthmoving division.

Hans-Hermann Bergmann has worked for BERGMANN since 1994 and took over leadership of the company from his father and founder, Hermann Bergmann. He initially oversaw marketing and sales and successfully set up the rental fleet for Bergmann dumpers. Under his leadership, BERGMANN has evolved into an internationally renowned manufacturer known for quality, innovation, and customer focus. Today, he is the second generation to lead the company – with clear strategy, entrepreneurial vision, and strong roots in the values of the family business.

Professor Jan Scholten leads the Working Group for Construction Machinery and Materials Handling at Ruhr University Bochum. He is also managing director of IBAF – Institut für Baumaschinen, Antriebs- und Fördertechnik GmbH (Institute for Construction Machinery, Drive Technology, and Materials Handling), a board member of VDBUM – Verband der Baubranche, Umwelt- und Maschinentechnik e.V. (German Association of the Construction Industry and Environmental and Mechanical Engineering), and president of the Münchener Kreis – Expert Panel of Construction Equipment e.V.

Rainer Schrode is a hands-on, down-to-work leader with a clear eye for practical solutions in civil engineering and road construction. As the creative mind and driving force behind MTS, he has established the company as an innovation leader for automation and digitalization in civil engineering. His mission is to develop innovative solutions that make construction work easier, more efficient, and more economical.


Dr.-Ing. Stefan Forkert has led the Technology division at BOMAG GmbH since 2018 and is responsible for product strategy, technology and project management, and transformation processes. A holder of a PhD in mechanical engineering, he previously oversaw the mower product lines at the CLAAS Group and headed up product development at the company’s locations in China and India.


His key focus areas include engineering and off-highway applications.
